Ohio CCW Application

Step One:

Download the sign-up sheet below. Fill it out, and bring it to the South Point Police Station, prior to the class dates to reserve your spot.

Step Two:

Download and print the Ohio CCW Application below. This is the form you will take to the Sheriff's Office to apply for your license. You can fill this out before the day of your class, but DO NOT sign the bottom of the application until you are told to do so at the time you turn it in to the Sheriff's Office.

Step Three:

Download the Ohio Attorney General Manual on Ohio Concealed Carry Laws. You do not need to print this manual. However, you must have a copy of it, per Ohio Law. We will go over this manual in class.

Please do not bring your firearms or ammunition into the classroom unless instructed to do so. We keep a safe environment for learning and practice, and cannot have any outside firearms or live ammunition the room.
